Farm-fresh inspected pork is sold by the side, approx. 100lbs/side (90-120lbs). A Deposit of $100/side is required to reserve your order and the remaining balance, based on hanging weight, will be charged upon delivery $/lb. Pork will be harvested in September. A slaughter fee will be added to final invoice. All pork will be slaughtered at a local Yukon abattoir and delivered to the butcher shop.
Butchering reservations are currently available via BonTon & Co., and Can-Do Meat & Sausage. Please indicate your butchering preference in the notes section upon confirming your order.
