Super-proud to be working with BonTon & Co., a nationally recognized eatery specializing in creating exciting, fresh, and vibrant dishes based on locally-harvested food, as well as producing made-in-house charcuterie.
Every week, BonTon & Co. serves a different menu inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients available. They utilize all of the animal in the creation of their dishes which centre around local meat and produce harvested in and around the sub-arctic region. Products from the Klondike are combined with international flavours and cooking techniques to create exciting, fresh and vibrant dishes.
During the daytime, BonTon & Co. serves teas, coffees, house-made baked goods and daily lunch specials which, like their dinner menu, are inspired by what is seasonally available and with a focus on foods harvested in the region.
In addition to the cafe and restaurant BonTon & Co. has a selection of sausages, salami and charcuterie available for purchase during daytime hours. They also bring in specialty products and produce from other small-batch producers, created both locally and from afar, for those wanting to take home something decadent.
